Hello world! 

Welcome to my blog! For a few months now I have been toying with the idea to start a blog detailing my adventures in dressmaking. (And let's face it, I am still not proficient enough to call sitting down in front of my machine with some instructions and fabric anything others than an adventure!) 

But recent events in my life has meant that I am now even more determined to begin a blog. I just got engaged, which was lovely and amazing, and I really really REALLY want to make my own wedding dress... This is somewhat ambitious but I would love LOVE to be able to do this. And I'm determined to make it happen!

So... This blog is to document and detail every step of the way.
